POLLO (7:00AM - 12:00PM)

Does this Pesky Kid look familiar?? Was it a review of his that you read in Undercover Magazine? You might have seen him at various clubs around London at one of the DJ troupe Pesky Kidz’ infamous residencies at Elysium (now Paper), No. 1 Leicester Square, Attica and The Island or perhaps Opium, Ruby Cube, Astor, Play Rooms, Click to name a few or even the Friday roadblock which is “Eclectic” at Babble in Berkeley Square. Maybe you heard him on one of London’s cutting edge radio stations over the last seven years? Familiar? Pollo originally broke through on North London’s notorious HEAT FM in the golden days of Uk Garage. Eventually progressing to INFASTEP, with spells on PURE MAGIC, SUPREME, RAW MISSION, RAW FLEX, ITCH and RAMPAGE FM following and guest shows on BOUNCE, FORMATION, POINTBLANK and ICE COLD FM. Which leads us very nicely to present day and where you’ll regularly find him- PASSION FM. Between 18:00-20:00 GMT every Monday he presents the 'Soundtrack to the Week,' an eclectic soundclash of all things House. 'In The Mix', 'Track of the Soundtrack ' and 'Now for Something Completely Different' all feature with plenty of cheek and exclusives galore– open minded lovers of House music need only apply!

HUCKLEBERRY FINN (12:00PM - 3:00PM)

Djing for over 20 years it all started in the roots of South London playing Hip Hop, Electro, Soul and early rave music gave Huck a sound basis to take a more professional angle to his music. He started to developed his true talent working alongside Noodles at Passion Records in London’s W1 in 1990, selling the then newly founded music style of hardcore and drum and bass. He took to the club dance floors playing alongside the likes of Fabio, Grooverider, Kenny Ken and Ray Keith in the early '90's spinning the current flava's' at events such as Biology, Rush and Labyrinth. After playing on various stations such as Touchdown, Rush and Chillin fm, the birth of Girls FM in '94 was his true road to recognition, he played their very first show and rapidly progressed to be one of their most popular DJ's, boasting over 1 million listeners a month. This opened the doors and Huckleberry pioneered the first regular underground us house&garage night right in heart of London’s Leicester Square alongside the MC Creed. Huck became the resident Dj at the Power House in '96 and continued to play there for 3 years with uplifting house and speed garage as it was called at the time. At this point he began to focus on the production side of the music setting his heart on making a his own mark on the scene he had contributed too for so many years. his favourite project was the theme music for a konami game beat mania as it was just about it being fun rather than with in a style and sound. DJ WAYNGER (6:00PM - 8:00PM)
Dj Waynger is London based a specialises in various styles of house music including, soulful, funky, dirty, electro house. He originally started Djing back when the the garage scene was first starting to come about in 1995. Whilst building up a huge record collection Dj Waynger is now able to entertain the crowd with various styles of music going back as far as the summer of love 1989, with classics such as Break For Love/Raze and Tears/Frankie Knuckles, also collecting jungle/Drum n Bass and Hardcore along the way. Anyone that has been lucky enough to catch Dj Wayger Djing out and about will tell you that he is unique with his style of perfectionate mixing and very entertaining, almost gauranteed to put a smile on the party goers face. Dj Waynger has a very big old skool garage collection also but tends not to use it too much as he feels that it should be used on special occassions so that the listener does not get bored of hearing the music over and over again, although he is a massive old skool garage lover with the likes of, Todd Edwards, Tuff Jam, Grant Nelson and many more being amongst some of his favourite producers. Dj Waynger is now soley concentrating on house music and is very passionate about trying to consistantly be playing new music, and as he likes to call it, educate people about what is new. He also a great believer in that when a tune goes commercial, as in when it hits the charts, has a video made for it, or when legal radio stations start playing it on a regular basis, he feels the need to stop playing it, as he likes to keep his music underground, unless of course he supporting any uk artists in which there is no limit as to how much he plays their music, as he feels everbody needs to get support from all angles in the music industry. IF ANY UK HOUSE ARTISTS WANT TO PASS ANY TRACKS ONTO DJ WAYNGER E-MAIL HIM AT n djwayner@yahoo.co.uk This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it OR ALTERNATIVELY SEND HIM A MESSAGE ON MYSPACE. also, DJ WAYNGER WOULD LIKE TO THANK EVERYONE FOR THEIR CONTINUED SUPPORT, AND HOPES TO CATCH YOU ALL OUT AND ABOUT AT SOME TIME.
