TWEEK WINAMP SETTINGSType CTRL-P (Hold the CTRL or Control Key down, and while holding it down press the P key). The Preferences window will popup as shown below. Click the Input option under Plug-ins, and then click Nullsoft MPEG Decoder, and click on the Configure button. You see this screen Under Streaming Data Buffer, increase that value from 64KB to something higher. If it still skips, increase it more. Try values like 512 or even 1024. Remember that when you increase the buffer value, it will take longer for the station to start playing, but the payoff will be that it won't skip.
